In the Yuryansky District of Kirov Oblast, a fatal accident occurred involving the driver of a vehicle belonging to CJSC "Agrofirma Sredneivkino." According to the State Labor Inspectorate, the fall from a height occurred due to the failure of a slewing bearing. During the investigation, inspectors identified violations of labor legislation, including failure to comply with requirements for conducting a medical examination of the injured employee. Deputy head of the State Labor Inspectorate A.D. Loginov reported that, following the inspection, the legal entity and the responsible official were issued orders imposing administrative penalties in the form of fines in accordance with Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
