On September 13, near building No. 147 on Oktyabrsky Prospekt, a 14-year-old teenager on an electric scooter hit a girl. She sustained injuries and received medical assistance.
Investigators have opened a criminal case under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet safety requirements for the life and health of consumers).
The investigation is now establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
