
Selyanin has a new deputy.
Mikhail Nikulin was born in 1969 in Zuevka and holds two higher education degrees. He has served in the internal affairs bodies since 1995, beginning as a convoy unit police officer in Zuevsky District. He later held leadership positions, including head of the criminal investigation department and head of the Department of Internal Affairs for Zuevsky District. From 2019 to 2022 Nikulin headed the Department for the Organization of Public Order Protection and Interaction with Government Bodies of the Kirov Region. Until September 2025 he worked as deputy chief of police for public order protection. For his service he was honored with a state award — in 2005, by Decree of the President of Russia, Mikhail Nikulin was awarded the medal "For Distinction in the Protection of Public Order."

Selyanin has a new deputy.
A new deputy for citizenship and the registration of foreign nationals was presented to Konstantin Selyanin, head of the regional directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Police Colonel Mikhail Nikulin was appointed to the position.
