In Vakhrushakh, the basement of a five-story building was flooded; residents complain about dampness.

      According to the residents, the apartments on the first floor of the five-story building are damp and musty. They also reported that sewage constantly pours onto the ground and the building has been overrun by cockroaches.

      "The residents cannot get through to the management company; they have appealed to the People's Front and the State Housing Inspectorate," the apartment owners said.

      The problem has affected other apartments as well, residents said: they are experiencing increased humidity and condensation forming on the windows.
