The Central Bank revoked Tavrichesky Bank's license.

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation revoked the license to conduct banking operations from the credit institution Tavrichesky Bank (JSC), the regulator's website reports. The reason for the license revocation was the bank’s complete loss of its own capital. According to the Bank of Russia’s website, Tavrichesky Bank ranked 60th in the Russian banking system.

By Order of the Bank of Russia dated 03.09.2025 No. OD-1920, a temporary administration was appointed to Tavrichesky Bank (JSC), whose functions have been assigned to the ASB Group. The temporary administration will remain in place until a bankruptcy trustee or liquidator is appointed. The powers of the credit institution’s executive bodies have been suspended in accordance with federal laws, the Central Bank reported.

As for the bank’s depositors, Tavrichesky Bank is a participant in the deposit insurance system, so deposit amounts will be returned to depositors in full, but not exceeding 1,400,000 rubles in total per depositor (including interest accrued on deposits).

The Bank of Russia noted that, according to its preliminary assessment, by realizing the bank’s assets during liquidation procedures the claims of first- and second-priority creditors may be fully satisfied.
