The reception noted that recognition as deceased (dead) is necessary to obtain:
one-time payments provided for by Federal Law No. 306-FZ and by Presidential Decree No. 98 of March 5, 2022;
an insurance payment under Federal Law No. 52-FZ of March 28, 1998;
regional payments and the right to use funds held in the accounts of the person who went missing;
the assignment of an insurance pension to children and incapacitated members of the missing person's family.
