The public reception office "My City Kirov", with the assistance of the city administration, provides legal assistance to family members of servicemen who went missing in the special military operation in having them declared deceased (dead), as well as to family members of servicemen.
According to the public reception office "My City Kirov", citizen consultations on legal assistance are held at the city's Local Activity Centers and at the following address: Kirov, Vorovskogo St., 10.
The reception noted that recognition as deceased (dead) is necessary to obtain:
one-time payments provided for by Federal Law No. 306-FZ and by Presidential Decree No. 98 of March 5, 2022;
an insurance payment under Federal Law No. 52-FZ of March 28, 1998;
regional payments and the right to use funds held in the accounts of the person who went missing;
the assignment of an insurance pension to children and incapacitated members of the missing person's family.
