Street repairs are being completed in Kirov.

      Today, August 18, the completion of work to install and reinforce the shoulders with crushed stone on Sovetskaya Street in the Novoyavtsky district is planned. After that, the section will be prepared for acceptance.

      This past weekend road crews completed repairs on Krasiva and Chapaeva streets. Driveways and junctions were constructed there, and the sidewalks were also asphalted. On Centralnaya Street in Ganino curbstones are being installed on the pedestrian sections, and work to lay the top layer of pavement will begin during the week. In addition, the construction of driveways on Militseyskaya Street will be finished by the end of the week.

      All streets under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" are planned to be completed either this week or at the beginning of next week. Exact timing depends on weather conditions, the Kirov city administration said. They added that so far 9 of the 14 road sections to be repaired this year have been accepted.
