Rosgvardians detained a repeat offender who never pays.

      At 10 a.m. in Kirovo-Chepetsk, an alarm signal was received at the remote security control center from a store located on Mira Avenue. A Rosgvardiya patrol arrived at the scene and identified a 54-year-old visitor who, according to the security guard, attempted to secretly steal strong alcohol and other goods worth about 700 rubles from the store.

      Upon checking his documents and establishing his identity, it was found that he had been repeatedly prosecuted within a year under Article 7.27 of the Administrative Code (petty theft) and Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft).

      The Rosgvardiya officers handed over the apprehended "shoplifter" to the police for further investigation, reported the press service of Rosgvardiya of the Kirov region.

      After a call from a "clinic," a Kirov resident was attacked by "financial police" and the FSB.

      The Kirov resident was sentenced to nine months of strict imprisonment for repeated theft of money.

      Ivanov, of course, beat the child, but... he is not guilty.
