Last autumn, representatives of the Kirov branch of the All-Russian People's Front investigated issues at the building on Kirova Street, 25 in Kirs. At that time, sewage was flowing along the stairwell of the first entrance, causing a nauseating smell throughout the stairwell. Residents suspected a leak in the pipe, while the management company's staff claimed that constant blockages were to blame, allegedly caused by the residents themselves.
After the intervention of the People's Front, the situation finally moved forward. The management company began repairs, and during pipe replacement, it was necessary to access one of the apartments on the first floor. The residents reported that workers "damaged" the hallway and the bathroom, resulting in the floor collapsing. No repairs are being carried out. The management company states that there are no workers, and a family with two children has to live without hot water. They are afraid to use the toilet and bath because they fear falling through. Due to the management company's inaction, the activists filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
