Teachers and officials in the Kirov region are being transferred to "Max".

The official implementation of the national messenger "Max" has begun in the Kirov region, which is intended to become a digital communication tool between citizens, government authorities, educational and social institutions. The relevant order was signed by the regional government. The first deputy chairman of the government, Dmitry Kurdyumov, will be responsible for the project's implementation in the region. A special headquarters has also been established, comprising heads of ministries, departments, and representatives of government bodies. According to the approved "road map," by August 8, 2025, all executive bodies must register their employees on the messenger, and by August 15, create operational chats. The plan also includes: launching the governor's channel on "Max"; creating parent, school, and teacher chats; integrating the service with the regional education system; launching chats between management companies and residents; sending notifications through "Max" about document readiness, medical vouchers, and benefits. The implementation of the messenger is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. By this time, "Max" should become a full-fledged platform for Kirov residents to communicate with government agencies and access various services. Information campaigns to promote the new messenger will also be launched on regional and municipal websites.
