Orlov Administration has selected a contractor for the renovation of the city bathhouse located at 1 Kapustina Street. The company's name is not yet known.
The initial contract price was 1.79 million rubles. The winner— and the sole participant in the competition— proposed to carry out the work for the same amount.
It should be noted that the renovation must be completed from the date of contract signing until November of this year. It includes roofing work, installation of windows and doors, façade and heating system repairs, electrical installation, interior repairs, and so on.
