A man suspected of stealing coffee and chocolate from a store was detained in Kirov.

      On August 1st, an alarm button was triggered at a grocery store on Komsomolskaya Street in Kirov. The signal was received by the Rosguard's out-of-branch security control panel, and a response team promptly arrived at the scene. According to the regional Rosguard department, the store security guard suspected one of the customers of attempting to steal goods without paying. The 30-year-old man was detained on the spot. Preliminary information indicates he was trying to hide coffee and chocolate worth around 600 rubles under his clothing. The Rosguard officers handed over the detainee to police officers. The circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated.
