
135,000 residents of the Kirov region have forbidden themselves from taking out loans.
Kirov Oblast ranked 32nd in Russia in the number of applications for installing self-exclusion for credit obtaining. According to the United Credit Bureau, over five months of the service's operation, residents of the region submitted 135,000 applications to set credit restrictions. At the same time, 7,000 Kirov residents changed their minds and submitted applications to lift previously imposed bans. Across Russia, nearly 14 million applications for self-exclusion were submitted over five months. To date, restrictions are in place for 12.5 million residents of the country.
