In the Kirov region, 136 thousand tons of falsely declared grain were found.
From January 1 to July 31, the Department issued 54 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements in the quality and safety of grain in relation to false declaration of 136,400 tons of grain: 43 legal entities and 11 individual entrepreneurs.
For example, on June 29, a fact of false declaration of 1.3 thousand tons of wheat for feed purposes was identified. The owner and declarant is JSC "Izhevskoye," which grows grain in Pizhansky District of Kirov Region.
The violation of declaration was established through monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements by analyzing data posted in the register of conformity declarations. It was found that in the testing protocols accompanying the declaration, techniques used to determine cesium were unsuitable for investigating this parameter.
On July 29, JSC "Izhevskoye" was issued a warning. Additionally, a decision was made to terminate the validity of the conformity declarations.
