Kirov residents are losing their temper due to colleagues and management.

      According to the survey results, 13% of Kirov residents admitted that their colleagues cause them the most stress. This is evidenced by data from the SuperJob poll. Respondents are irritated by toxicity, tendency to gossip, rudeness, fussiness, cattiness, and incompetence. Another 10% of participants experience tension due to management's behavior, and 9% due to unprofessionalism within the team. Other sources of stress include low salaries (7%), clients' behavior and supervisors' unprofessionalism (both 4%), poorly defined tasks, high workload, and organizational chaos (each 2%). It is noted that men more often experience nervous tension due to salary delays and heavy workload, while women more often face interpersonal conflicts and relationships within the team.
