The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kirov region reported that low water levels have been observed on the Vyatka River in the area of Kotelnich for 10 days. "We recommend organizing safe navigation when operating small vessels in accordance with restrictive navigational signs," the agency noted.
It is reminded that at the end of last year, the regional government announced plans to make the Vyatka navigable. According to regional authorities, dredging operations were carried out on the river near Kotelnich.
