The United Credit Bureau (OKB) published the top 50 Russian regions by mortgage issuance in June of this year. According to the Bureau's data, 470 mortgage loans were issued in Kirov Region during the specified month, totaling 1.71 billion rubles. The average loan amount per mortgage was 3.64 million rubles.
In May 2025, our region issued 458 mortgage loans totaling 1.61 billion rubles. The average loan per mortgage was 3.52 million rubles. It should be noted that in the June ranking, Kirov Region ranked 46th out of 50.
At the top of the top-50 is Moscow. In June, the capital issued 5,369 mortgage loans totaling 37.63 billion rubles. The average loan amount was 7.01 million rubles.
In second place is Moscow Region, where 4,011 mortgages were issued in June, totaling 23.84 billion rubles. The average loan was 5.94 million rubles.
The trio of leaders is completed by Saint Petersburg: 2,922 mortgage loans issued, totaling 16.71 billion rubles, with an average loan of 5.72 million rubles.
