      The Primorsky District Court of Kirov sentenced a resident of the region, found guilty of participating in an interregional gang involved in drug distribution via the internet. He was sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony.

      According to the press service of the FSB of Russia for the Kirov region, the offender was detained by officers during an operational-investigative activity. During the operation, a large batch of drugs prepared for sale was seized from illegal circulation.

      The criminal case against the man was investigated by FSB investigators. He was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 30 and points "a", "g" of Part 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Attempted illegal sale of especially large quantities of drugs). The sentence has entered into legal force.
