A criminal trail was found in the fairy-tale brand of Kirov
The author of the Telegram channel "Toptygin" criticized the idea of the head of the regional Directorate for Event Management, Aleksey Cheptsov, who recently announced that Rospatent registered a new brand — "Kirov — the homeland of Ivan Tsarevich." "On one hand, sure, engaging intangible assets in economic activity to make the local economy more competitive — it's somewhat a good idea. But, on the other hand, it wouldn't hurt to sometimes use one's brain. Because if we declare, for example, that Kirov Region is the Gateway of the Russian North, but set gateways that lead nowhere — should we be surprised that the region itself now goes nowhere? Or another thing: recently, we became the homeland of the fairy-tale Ivan Tsarevich. But does our new townsman carry the same traditional spiritual and moral values as established by President Russia in decree No. 809, or is the fairy tale about something else — did our dear Aleksey Valeryevich think about it?" — writes "Toptygin."
According to the author of the channel, "everything in the fairy tale is beautiful": a large family where a loving father drives his sons out of the house to catch the firebird ("illegal hunting and trafficking of particularly valuable wild animals," Article 258.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia). Moreover, the two elder sons "without remorse" kill the youngest ("murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy," paragraph "ж" part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code). "The educators, the 'mothers and nannies' of young Elena, essentially abandon their ward into the hands of villains ("failure to fulfill duties of upbringing of a minor," Article 156 of the Criminal Code). Vanechka begins, as customary, with petty theft, ruthlessly plucking a large feather from a bird’s tail ("cruelty to animals," part 1 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code, up to three years in prison). But then he quickly gets into the mood and consciously attempts to secretly steal the firebird in a golden cage and the golden-maned horse with a golden bridle ("burglary with intrusion into premises," paragraph "б" part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code, up to five years), though both crimes the newly minted Vyatka native fails to complete solely due to circumstances beyond his control ("attempt to commit a crime," Article 30 of the Criminal Code). After that, the boy finally loses his bearings and, in collusion with the gray wolf — even threatening violence, that is, wolf's fangs — steals someone else's bride ("kidnapping," part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code, up to twelve years), cynically destroying the future family," reports "Toptygin."
The channel's author also noted that Ivan Tsarevich violated several other articles of the Criminal Code, particularly when, under the guise of the stolen Elena, he presents the Tsar Usman with the Gray Wolf, which he subsequently presented to another Tsar — Afron — as a golden-haired horse ("fraud," part 2 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code, up to five years). Later, for his own salvation, he unhesitatingly agrees to serve hostile states — Afon and Usman. As "Toptygin" reports, this provides reason to consider more serious crimes committed by Ivan Tsarevich ("mercenarism," from seven to fifteen years) or Article 275 ("treason," up to life imprisonment).
"In short, we already have Ostap Suleiman Berta Maria Bender-Bey poking his nose in: apparently, it's not enough that the Kirov Region is among the leaders in crime rates in the country — now it's time to raise a new generation of crooks?" — concludes "Toptygin."
