The thrown-away cat urgently needs a home.
Information about a cat named Bandi became known at the end of June: his previous owners abandoned him on the street, where he wandered for four years. During this time, Bandi survived as best he could: he found food in trash cans, frostbit his ears, ate bread, and suffered from pain. Fortunately, the cat was taken into the caring hands of veterinarians in Kirov at one of the veterinary clinics and was operated on. "Our veterinary center's lead surgeon, Marina Klekovkina, gradually performed an amputation of both external auditory canals due to a tumor process. Currently, Bandi's condition is stable: he has a great appetite, purrs, and sings songs — as a way to thank a person for care, shelter, and rescue!" wrote the veterinary clinic's social page. The search for a new home and loving family for Bandi is ongoing. The cat is approximately 8–9 years old, clinically healthy, showing no signs of viral diseases, and is calm. However, as noted by the clinic, Bandi has the HIV virus, so for his safety and health, he should be adopted as the only pet. Bandi has nowhere to go now. Kirov residents are asked to help find a permanent home for Bandi. For inquiries, please contact: +79005224943.
