Recently, in Kirov around 17:00, an alarm signal was received from a shopping center on Vorovsky Street by the remote security service. Rosgvardiya officers hurried to the scene to assist. Upon arrival at the store, they identified a visitor born in 1990 who, according to the security guard, attempted to steal a bottle of whiskey worth about 2,000 rubles. During the conversation with the Rosgvardiya officers, the man complained of feeling unwell. The Rosgvardiya officers called an ambulance crew, which transported the offender to a medical facility.
