More than seven thousand new employees are being sought in the Kirov region.
According to hh.ru, over the past 30 days, local employers have posted more than 7,100 new vacancies. This is 5% more than at the beginning of summer. The highest demand for personnel remains in the sales sector, with over 1,800 vacancies available. Nearly as many employees are sought for manual labor positions. Slightly fewer specialists are needed in manufacturing and the service industry. The insurance sector showed a sharp increase — the demand for appraisers and insurance agents rose by 70%. Additionally, the number of job offers grew in the automotive industry, science and education, as well as for administrative staff. Meanwhile, in some areas, the demand for workers has begun to decline. Employers are posting fewer vacancies for fitness trainers, beauty salon employees, managers, and security specialists.
