In Kirov, offers are more often made to applicants for high-paying vacancies.
According to a survey, 44% of employers in the city use job offers: 20% send them to all successful candidates, while another 24% send them only to certain categories of employees, such as managers or office staff. This is evidenced by data from the SuperJob service.
Job seekers receive such offers less frequently — 30% of respondents have encountered them. Men receive them more often than women (37% versus 23%). Offers are also more common among people over 45 and those earning more than 100,000 rubles per month — 39% of such respondents. Among those earning less than 50,000, only 24% received offers.
Although a job offer in Russia does not have legal force, it has become a common tool in personnel recruitment and helps to pre-establish key conditions of future work.
