A school in Kirov attempted to introduce selection for the 10th grade.
In one of Kirov's educational institutions, the prosecutors' office identified a potential violation of minors' rights during the admission to the 10th grade. Information about admission through individual selection was posted on the school's official website. The prosecutors' office determined that such conditions could hinder students who completed 9th grade at the same institution from continuing their education in 10th and 11th grades. This was viewed as a restriction on their constitutional right to secondary general education. As a result, the prosecutors' office issued a warning to the school's administration. It also promised to monitor and ensure that no violations occur in the future.
