74,000 families with children in the Kirov region received support from the government.

      Since the beginning of 2025, more than 74,300 families with children in the Kirov Region have received various social support measures from the Social Fund of Russia.

      Key payments and benefits:

      Maternity and childbirth allowance — paid at 100% of the average earnings for the previous two years. Over 3,000 women have utilized this benefit.

      Childbirth allowance — 26,941 rubles is granted to all families regardless of income. Since the beginning of the year, more than 3,100 children’s parents have received it.

      Childcare allowance up to 1.5 years — paid monthly: working — 40% of the average earnings (not less than the set minimum of 10,103 rubles); non-working — depending on the family’s needs or without (e.g., students, those dismissed during pregnancy, etc.). Currently, more than 7,100 residents of the region are receiving this support.

      Unified benefit until age 17 — assigned after income assessment. Eligibility is for those with an average per capita income below 15,782 rubles per month. Payment amounts range from 7,654 to 15,309 rubles. Over 59,400 children and 1,634 future mothers are covered by this benefit.

      Maternity capital — from 690,000 to 912,000 rubles depending on the number of children and previous payments.

      Payments to mobilized families and conscripts — 18,285 rubles per month per child, 42,665 rubles to the pregnant wife of a serviceman.

      Adoptive parents and guardians allowance — from 26,941 to 202,856 rubles per child, depending on age and health condition. In 2025, 70 such families received support.
