      A 51-year-old resident of the Orlovsky district is a mother of many children, raising four children. Previously, the woman received benefits related to the birth and upbringing of minors, but since February of this year, the provision of social support measures was discontinued. The decision of the regional branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund contradicted the law. This was motivated by the presence of a land plot in the local resident's property, which, in the opinion of the staff, confirmed the material well-being of the large family. The prosecutor filed a lawsuit requesting the court to oblige the regional branch of the fund to resume financial support. The claims were deemed lawful and justified. The local prosecutor's office will monitor the enforcement of the court decision.
