The area has already been cleared of overgrowth, hazardous trees have been felled, and curbs have been installed. Currently, the contractor is constructing a roller-ski track, developing a sports ground for workout activities, and modernizing the ice rink.
The completion of all works on the site is planned for the end of this year.
