Rescue Service employees continue to monitor safety on the water.
In the Kirov region, preventive patrols by the State Small Vessel Inspection staff continue. Rescue workers check water recreational areas and communicate with local residents, explaining the importance of safety regulations. Special attention is given to families with children. Parents are reminded that leaving a child unattended near water is dangerous even for a few minutes. During patrols, drones are also used — they help monitor the situation on water bodies from the air. Rescue workers remind that it is safer to rest on official beaches where lifeguards are on duty. They also warn that alcohol consumption near water poses a serious threat to life.
