According to the city administration, the new traffic pattern will make it possible to relieve the passage of two intersections: now it is possible to exit from three lanes to Moskovskaya Street and Vorovsky Street from Khlebozavodsky Passage. The sections have been marked and signs regulating traffic on the lanes have been put up.
For motorists turning onto Khlebozavodskaya Passage, movement is possible in one lane. Oncoming traffic at intersections is delimited by two solid lines. The city administration noted that all changes have been coordinated with the State Traffic Inspectorate.
The Kirov City Hall also noted that on Thursday night, if there are favorable weather conditions, new markings will be applied on Surikov Street: they also plan to make three lanes for those who leave Vorovsky Street.
The Directorate of Landscaping noted that traffic police officers will control the situation in areas with an updated traffic pattern.
