The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region recommends Kirov residents to stay away from power lines, trees, and weakly reinforced structures during thunderstorms, heavy rains, and strong gusts of wind. Do not leave your cars under trees or near power lines. In case of a thunderstorm, turn off the external antennas and electrical appliances.
