According to the regional prosecutor's office, the Oparinsky district prosecutor's office conducted an audit of the fulfillment of labor legislation requirements in the activities of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise Oparinskoye. During the inspection, it turned out that the company has wage arrears to 15 employees. The total amount of salary debt was more than 1 million rubles.
"In order to restore the labor rights of citizens, the prosecutor's office submitted a submission to the head of the organization, and also opened an administrative offense case under Part 6 of art.5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages on time)," the prosecutor's office of the Kirov region reported.
