The garage and warehouse of the Pervomaisky district Court are being dismantled in Kirov.
The Department of the Judicial Department in the Kirov region has selected a contractor to develop design estimates for the dismantling of the garage and warehouse of the Pervomaisky District Court located on Preobrazhenskaya Street. The winner of the tender was Europroject LLC from Nizhny Novgorod, which offered the lowest price — 69 thousand rubles with a starting contract value of 325 thousand rubles. Seven companies participated in the competition.
According to the terms of reference, the contractor must conduct engineering surveys and prepare a project that includes measures to minimize the impact on neighboring buildings. The documentation provides
for the dismantling of structures with the preservation of materials,
milling of stumps with special equipment,
filling of pits with sand and gravel,
removal and disposal of construction debris.
After the customer's comments are eliminated, the project must go through all the necessary approvals. The estimated documentation will be calculated based on the indices of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and federal price collections (FSSC). If any materials or equipment are missing from the FCC, the contractor must provide at least three price lists from suppliers in the Kirov region, selecting the most favorable offers.
The final draft will include separate volumes with an album of estimates and market analysis with attached price lists, stamped or screenshots from open sources.
The work is carried out in accordance with the methodology of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, approved in 2020.
