       On the evening of February 7 of this year, a conflict broke out between a resident of Kirov and his ex-wife's sister. Near the apartment building No. 7 on Marshal Konev St., a man insulted a woman, using profanity. His words and actions were captured on video.

      On this fact, the prosecutor's office opened proceedings on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 5.61 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (insult). Following the review of the administrative material of the prosecutor's office, the court sentenced the Kirov resident to a fine of 3 thousand rubles.
