The Voya bridge is open again
The bridge over the Voya River in the Nemsky district is open to traffic again. Its repairs have been completed, and traffic has been fully restored.
According to the government, the building was built in 1970 and has since been seriously renovated only once— in 1996. In 2023, the outermost beam of the bridge collapsed, and the structure was declared an emergency and in need of major repairs.
The workers completely replaced the main elements of the bridge, as well as reinforced the supports. The repairs were completed in a short time.
In parallel, the repair of the road surface on the Kyrchany —Nema—Kilmez highway continues. Sections of the road are being put in order in stages.
