We have reached: photos of the return of pilgrims to Kirov have appeared

      On the afternoon of June 8, after covering 150 kilometers of the route, which is the length of the Velikoretsky procession, the pilgrims returned to Kirov. At about 13:00, the faithful already came to the church of "Joy of All the Sorrowful" on Luganskaya Street. Here, within the walls of the house of God, believers were able to relax, eat, pray and realize that the long kilometers of the journey were behind them, each of them was able to overcome himself and walk the whole way with faith in his soul and prayer on his lips.

      The rest was short — only an hour and a half to catch my breath and go on to the Holy Dormition Cathedral of the Trifonov Monastery. The official completion of the Velikoretsk procession and the Matins Service with the Grand Estate awaited the pilgrims there.Let us remind you that on June 3, one of the most ancient and massive religious processions in Russia, the Velikoretsky, began from the Holy Dormition Trifonov Monastery. In six days, the pilgrims covered more than 150 kilometers, carrying the image of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker to the village of Velikoretskoye and back.
