      On the evening of June 5, the Sovetsky police department received a message from a 22-year-old resident of the city. The young man said that a stranger approached him on Kandakov Street and asked him to give him a mobile phone for an urgent call. When the smartphone was in his hands, the man began threatening violence and fled with a phone worth about 12 thousand rubles.

      A patrol patrol unit promptly went to the scene. After receiving the suspect's description, the police began combing the streets of Sovetsk and soon detained a man matching the description. He turned out to be a 38-year-old resident of the Sanchur district. The stolen phone was seized from him.
