Modernization of sewage treatment plants continues at the region's dairy enterprises. This is necessary to reduce the burden on the environment and improve the quality of wastewater, the government said.
Thus, Bogorodsky Dairy plant will install new equipment in August. Improvements in terms of wastewater treatment are expected in the fall. The Yantar company is preparing for the construction of biological treatment facilities, the project has been approved, and completion is planned before the end of the year.
The Vozhgalsky oil refinery is also undergoing a large-scale modernization. A large reinforced concrete tank has already been built there, and equipment is being prepared. The facility is scheduled to be put into operation in the second quarter of 2025.
