Due to the heat in Kirov, 80 people were on the verge of life and death.

      During several days of abnormal heat, 80 people with severe cardiovascular pathologies were admitted to the regional vascular center of the Kirov Regional Hospital. More than half are suspected of having a heart attack, and many others have signs of stroke. All the patients were in critical condition and needed urgent medical attention.

      Specialists performed dozens of emergency operations to restore blood circulation and save lives. Thanks to the quick reaction of the doctors, none of the patients died.

      Many people were brought from the garden plots, where they continued to work despite the heat. Doctors remind us that overheating and physical exertion in such weather are especially dangerous, especially for the elderly and sick people.
