58% of Kirov residents work overtime

Almost 60% of full-time employees admitted that they regularly stay at work beyond the norm. On average, recycling increases working hours by a quarter, according to a recent survey.

Men are more likely than women to stay late after the end of the working day (66% vs. 51%). At the same time, young employees under the age of 35 are more willing to accept overtime, but they spend less time — their "overtime" averages 25% of the norm, while those who are older have up to 30%.

The dependence is also observed on the salary level: among those who earn up to 50 thousand rubles, 47% recycle. But among employees with an income of 100,000 and above, it is already 67%.

Doctors and teachers overwork the most — they have become leaders in the number of overtime hours. Couriers, logisticians, marketers, pharmacists, and economists are slightly less likely to recycle. But call center operators and lawyers most often work strictly on schedule.
