The initial (maximum) contract price was 106 million 609 thousand 469 rubles. Two organizations applied to participate in the competition. Both offered the same price — the initial cost of the contract. As a result, one of them was selected. It is not reported on the public procurement portal who exactly won the tender.
Recall that the project "Vyatka Meadows. Merchant city. Promenade has become the winner of the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. The main concept of the project was to connect the historical part of the city, which was improved in 2023 with the F.I. Treshchev Labor Square, landscaped as part of the federal project "Creating a comfortable Urban Environment".
According to the tender documents, the contractor will have to improve Lenin Street in Vyatka Polyany: to equip walking, sports, and play areas, to equip parking spaces, a pump track, to install art objects, in particular, a gramophone and a scooter, to build flower beds, and to install a modular public toilet.
Work on the construction of the "Promenade" should be completed by November 30, 2025.
