The regional authorities of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund unreasonably refused to include an elderly resident of the Malmyzhsky district in the insurance record of the period of work at the municipal housing and communal services company in 2004. The employer did not pay insurance premiums. This affected the size of the preferential insurance pension.
The prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the court to recognize the legal fact and set off the disputed period in the pensioner's insurance record. The court decided to recalculate the pension. The applicant's pension rights have now been restored.
