The motorcycle season was officially opened in Kirov

      With the roar of engines and the smell of gasoline, the 2025 motorcycle season opened in Kirov on Theater Square. It should be noted that during the day there was literally nowhere to fall on the "theater": the entire square was filled with iron horses and their riders, of which there were more than a hundred.

      The opening of the motorcycle season and the traditional motorcycle rally were timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Victory. Before the official start of the motorcycle season, before performing on the stage near the Kirov drama, a small stage was set up in the middle of the square, where the "official bikers" of the city of Kirov performed — the heads of four Kirov motorcycle clubs and the head of the Kirov city administration Vyacheslav Simakov, who was accepted into the pack a few months ago: at the end of January Vyacheslav Simako was accepted into the bike- the Night Wolves — Vyatka Club. Simakov, as a representative of the pack, Valentin Pugach, as chairman of the Order of the Transfiguration motorcycle club, and several other colorful bikers sang wartime songs from the stage. Next to the stage was a military—era UAZ truck and several men in military uniforms from 1941-1945 with machine guns in their hands.The Theater Square was also filled with ordinary Kirov residents, who looked at motorcycles and their owners with interest, took photos for memory and just strolled, joining the biker culture. Later, when the songs were sung, the official opening part of the motorcycle season, together with the leaders of the Kirov motorcycle clubs, moved to the stage near the drama theater, but the action still did not begin.

      "Brothers, let's get to the stage! The road is waiting!", - Vyacheslav Simakov, the city manager, called out on the scene. But the brothers were in no hurry to leave their iron horses and approach the stage. As a result, we started without them, but gradually the space near the stage was filled by residents of the city and some bikers who came up. After welcoming words from Dmitry Kurdyumov, first deputy chairman of the government of the Kirov region, who also attended the opening of the motorcycle season, but on foot, without a bike, greetings from Vyacheslav Simakov, head of the city administration, Valentin Pugach, head of the Order of the Transfiguration motorcycle club, and heads of other Kirov motorcycle clubs, the official start of the 2025 motorcycle season was given.

      At the end of the event, the bikers saddled their iron horses and marched in a slender, long and very loud column through the streets of Kirov.It should be noted that the bikers had previously planned to open the motorcycle season on May 3, but the weather made its own adjustments and the opening was postponed to a later date.
