According to the interlocutors, "a certain group of specialists" determined that the metal beams already installed with the help of a hydraulic jack under the sagging span of the crossing are, to put it mildly, not of the quality that can ensure at least temporary reliability of the structure.
But a source from the Ministry of Transport shared his point of view, without claiming to be absolutely truthful, as he has not yet been able to provide supporting documents.:
"In my opinion, to put it humanly, several tons of "real iron manure" have been bought to repair the bridge over the Moloma, which needs to be dismantled and probably scrapped. And personally, I very much doubt that the supplier has "screwed up", to whom it is possible to issue a refund of the "non-condition". It's very stormy right now, but for many — even in the "gray house" — the issue of hastily purchasing new high-quality beams is being resolved under great secrecy... I would tell you where to put the unusable pieces of hardware — whether to the person who bought them, or to the one who carried out the "entrance control", but I'm afraid that it will be unprintable," the ministerial interlocutor explained.
According to the source, it will not be possible to solve the problem of buying new iron equipment quickly: now metal is in great short supply, which is probably why they took what they were given or tried to save money. So the May launch of the cosmetically embellished bridge into operation is a "pure utopia."
The habit of deciding on "maybe" and "maybe"

"At a government meeting, a "high alert mode" was introduced in the Oryol, Kotelnichsky and Sovetsky districts in order to prevent emergencies in the region. And a bridge repair strategy has been developed without "bypass damage" for ordinary drivers, truckers and businesses."
According to Loginov, financial expenses for the repair of the bridge located on the federal highway, according to the project, should be compensated by federal funds from Rosavtodor. Despite the fact that the estimated cost included the purchase and installation of a floating ferry across the Moloma, which would not have cost the regional budget a single ruble:
"When I left the Ministry at the end of 2022, I reported the situation to the new leadership of the region, emphasizing its urgency. I was assured that in 2023, as previously planned, the bridge will be completely repaired. Why didn't you do it? Why was the collapse allowed, and where did the federal money go? This is not a question for me, but for the current Minister of Transport."
However, when in the spring of 2025, the bridge over the Moloma expectedly "broke" for the second time, the regional government not only did not recall the promise of major repairs, but assured of the "rapid restoration of the overpass and the resumption of traffic."
But based on documents dated back to 2022, where the bridge over the Moloma was recognized as an emergency (and it still remains so).O) with the near-potential prospect of a secondary "rift" and the creation of an emergency situation, and its cosmetic repair is meaningless, Newsler.ru Back in April, he predicted that the restoration of the Molom crossing could be completed no earlier than 2026-2027.
