Chepchanin brutally beat his 7-year-old son and his roommate

      In the period from January to February, a 38-year-old resident of Kirovo-Chepetsk systematically tortured his 7-year-old son: he inflicted beatings and committed other violent acts. He beat the boy with his hands, a belt, and a charger cord. In addition, the chepchanin grabbed his son by the hair.

      In addition, it turned out that on February 28, a resident of Kirovo-Chepetsk, who had previously been convicted of crimes committed with violence, beat his roommate near one of the houses on Kirov Avenue.

      A criminal case was opened against the man under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 117 of the Criminal Code (torture of a minor) and Part 2 of Article 116.1 of the Criminal Code (beatings by a person with a criminal record for a crime committed with violence). At the moment, the investigation of the case has been completed. Chepchanin pleaded guilty to the crimes, gave detailed and consistent testimony about the circumstances of the incident. He is currently in custody.

      UK investigators have collected evidence incriminating the accused in the commission of the alleged acts. The criminal case has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
