      The main work on the construction of this unique structure lasted 27 months. During the peak period, more than 15,000 engineers and workers worked on the bridge.

      Currently, the regular operation of the bridge is provided by more than 220 employees and about 60 pieces of equipment. Drivers' compliance with traffic regulations on the Crimean Bridge is monitored by 10 automatic complexes capable of detecting all vehicles, regardless of their speed and traffic density. For safe passage across the Crimean Bridge, modern technological inspection complexes operate on the approaches to it: all vehicles undergo mandatory security checks. For drivers, passengers and their luggage, the screening procedure is similar to that carried out at airports.
