In February-April of this year, the director of one of the commercial enterprises in the region, whose activities are related to the manufacture of furniture, did not make a final salary calculation when dismissing 50 employees. The total amount of debt amounted to more than 4 million rubles.
In this regard, the Kirovo-Chepetsky city prosecutor submitted a submission, and also initiated an administrative offense case against the official under Part 6 of Article 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of labor legislation). The administrative material is currently under review.
As a result, the labor rights of citizens were restored. The wage arrears have been paid off.
