May 9th is our main national holiday. There is no family in Russia that has not been affected by the war. And everyone is proud of their heroes. Thanks to their military and labor feats, we live freely in our native land, build a strong Russia, raise and educate children.
Eternal memory to those who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of our Motherland! Victory Day is a holiday when we remember the lessons of the past in order to appreciate the present and unite for the sake of the future of our Fatherland.

Victory in the Great Patriotic War was won not only on the fronts. This day, which has forever entered the history of our country, was brought closer not only by millions of Soviet soldiers with weapons in their hands. The victory was also achieved through the heroic deeds of those who remained in the rear. Those who stood at the machine or with a shovel in their hands provided our soldiers with weapons, ammunition, clothing and food. They were hungry, cold, and constantly afraid for their relatives: at that time there was not a single family in Russia whose father, son, or brother had not fought at the front against the Nazi invaders.
