The law on land for large families has been changed in the Kirov region

      As we wrote earlier, the bill introduced by the governor proposes to introduce additional circumstances that may become grounds for refusing to register a citizen as a person entitled to provide a free land plot. This is being registered in another municipality, a previously made decision to provide free land for another reason (for example, as a participant in a special military operation), and a decision to receive payment in return for providing free land.

      The bill also supplements cases in which local governments de-register citizens as persons eligible for this measure of support. In particular, the reason for this may be confirmation from the social protection authorities that the payment has been received in return for the land plot. This will simplify the procedure for citizens who will not need to report after receiving a payment in return for a land plot.

      The bill was adopted in the first reading on March 27. Today, the deputies adopted it in the second reading.
