The Prosecutor's office of the Oryol district has already approved an indictment in a criminal case initiated under paragraph "d" of part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Theft from a bank account." The person involved in the case partially compensated for the damage caused, returning 70 thousand rubles to the victim. The criminal case has been sent to court.
