Verdict passed in the Vyatka Fortress case in Kirov

      Back in the fall of 2023, to the editorial office Newsler.ru A resident of Kirov, who suffered from IP Dilny, acting under the guise of a fence construction company Vyatka Fortress, applied. As the applicant said at the time, not only he was injured, but allegedly more than 10 more people.

      On November 29, a case against Dilny was registered in the Leninsky District Court. Thus, he was charged under the following articles: 25 episodes of art. 159 part 2 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed by a group of persons in prior agreement causing significant damage to a citizen) and 4 episodes of art. 159 Part 3 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed by a person using his official position on a large scale).

      Today, on April 7, the Leninsky District Court announced the verdict against Roman Dilny. The judge stated that he was accused of committing 15 episodes under art. 159 part 2 of the Criminal Code and 4 episodes under art. 159 Part 3 of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 4 years of probation. In addition, Dilny was forced to collect almost 2 million rubles in favor of the victims.
